Returns:
 

• You may return any item for a full refund of the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from possession of your order.
   

• Returned items must be in original, unused condition with no defects including the following: stains, rips, smells, or any other sign that would indicate that the item had been used. Items that are returned must have all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with your return. 
   

• Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once received at our facility.
   

• All returns must be received  at our facility within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order. All items received after this deadline will receive a 50% reduction from the total refund amount.

Exchanges:
 

• Exchanges can only be made on the same item in a different size. Due to our limited quantities, we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible. 
   

• Exchanges must be made within 20 days of the original purchase date.
   

• The item you wish to exchange must be returned to our facility and its condition must meet the guidelines listed above.
   

• If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at whiteroseboutique01@yahoo.com. Please provide the order # for faster service and add "Exchange" in the subject line.
